Room Rates

  • Prices are per room per night & breakfast in USD.
  • All rates will be charged in Sri Lankan Rupees at the time of booking and at the exchange rate of the day.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

 

Confirmation of Booking & Payment

  • To confirm your reservation a deposit must be made.
  • A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation 30 days or more prior to the date of your arrival.
  • A 100% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, if the booking is made less than 30 days from the date of your arrival.
  • The balance payment is to be paid in cash or credit card at the end of the stay.

 

Room Cancellation Policy

  • All cancelation must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Niyagama House.
  • Cancellation until 3 month before arrival day: free of charge.
  • 3 Month to 1 Month before arrival day in Low and High Season: 40% of the full room rate.
  • 1 month to 7 days before arrival day in Low and High Season: 70% of the full room rate.
  • 7 days until arrival day in Low and High Season: 100% of the full room rate.
  • All cancellations for bookings during the Peak Season, that are made 3 month before arrival until the arrival day, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • “No shows” and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full room rate for the entire period booked.
  • We recommend you to book a travel insurance.

 

Yoga Retreat Package Cancellation Policy

  • As there is limited space in the yoga room there is a 100% cancellation fee, when cancelled within 7 days until arrival day.

 

Other Terms & Conditions

  • Children: No children under 12 years of age.
  • Smoking: All rooms as well as the whole house and the pool area are non-smoking areas.
  • Alcohol: The restaurant does not serve any alcohol.
  • Limitation of Liability: Niyagama House accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to any guests or their property during their stay at Niyagama House.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising between the parties will be governed exclusively by the laws of Sri Lanka.
